Reporting tab on Q portal redirecting to Production BI

hi Gurus,

some days back we did BI system refresh. it is dual stack. systems is up & working fine. when we use reports on Q portal it is rediracting to production system & asking for Production credential. I properly import user master. we changed producers consumer on portal. & some other changes. configtools changes also taken care. is there any log or traces that can pointing out where it is redirecting to production BI on portal side or else.
