Consolidation of issue of RM/PM to the production storage location

Dear All,

Kindly let me know how to configure the below requirements in SAP :

Before we raise the process order ,required Stock is transferred from main storage location to Production storage location through reservation(mb21).

If we are raising 10 process orders of 120 batches each batch will be of 20 kgs.We use the same raw materials with different qty in almost all the process orders produced in a day.

Here my concern is-

1) How can we have the track on the goods issued from main storage location to production storage location in SAP.

2)How to consolidate or add the same raw materials /components which are used in the process orders which are raised on the same day?(Do we need to develop any ZREPORT)

Here we are doing reservation(me21) before we raise the process order. How to keep track of these reservation no to add up the stock of 10 process orders done in one day.Can i get any table /field name?
