B04 - right to control create new docuemnt in WEBI application

Hi,

Have a group of users and wish to give this group access to create WEBI documents.

Went to CMC/Applications/WEBI and gave the View On Demand right to the WEBI application to thsi group.

This not sufficient.

Therfore gave full control to this group to the WEBI application.

This allows them to create new docuemnts.

Why is View on Deamdn not sufficient?
