Document currency

Hi SPecialist

I Have a GL account which I created using the transaction FS00 and I added the currency CHF.

The currency of the company code is EUR but for the document currency must be CHF.

when I am going to balance display FS10N i use the icon "change display currency" but I just can see the EURO not the CHF currency.

Where can i change it?

Hi,

GL Accounts created with foreign currencies can be view only in foreign currency and cannot be the local currency.

Thanks for reply, But it is the point.

I created the GL account with Foreig currency CHF and I just can display EUR in document currency.

Hi

Have you selected the check box Only balance in loc currency?

check your GL acc master data

Document ccy is EUR

GL account currency is CHF

What is the Local currency?

If the GL Account currency is CHF, then you can see the Amounts in Local, Group and Hard currency.

Document currency amounts display in Line item level only

Also , just for update..

My document currency in the document is CHF.
