Problemas para verificar status de serviço da SEFAZ

Bom dia.

Gostaria de pedir ajuda com o seguinte problema.

Ao tentar consultar o status da SEFAZ usando o report /XNFE/CHECK_SRV_STATUS, o monitor WEB do GRC aponta que a SEFAZ está indisponível. Porém, ao verificar as mensagens na SXMB_MONI, constatei que o XML de resposta da SEFAZ está retornando a seguinte mensagem:

<SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: SOAP: response message contains an error XIAdapter/HTTP/ADAPTER.HTTP_EXCEPTION - HTTP 500 Internal Server Error</SAP:AdditionalText>

Alguém poderia me indicar como resolver este erro?

    Olá Amigo Rafael,

    Verifica as Conexões no SXI_CACHE,

    tente verificar se a versão está correta para 006 e os Links tambem.
