Change name of the chief accountant in the documents formed in SAP

Hello all,

We have an issue, our chief accountant is on maternal leave. We want change her name in the loading documents formed in SAP to her deputy's name (like for example documents formed via VT70).

How is it possible to change it?

Check with your ABAP programer from where the name is pulled into the output programs. Then make the necessary changes in the source. If it is SAP user ID, then you can check in SU01 or if it is sales group, then in t.code OVX4 etc.
