LaborRollup.bat and aging of labor_log and labor_log_member in WIP

Hi all,

I am using LaborRollup.bat for rolling up labor into ODS Labor tables.

Bat is running fine and everything seems to be working fine.

My problem is, that tables Labor_log and Labor_Log_Member in WIP are still growing rapidly and i am looking for some tool or "switch" for deleting "old" records.

Is there any automatism for aging both tables? Log entries from ODSLaborRollUp.bat are saying that 0 records are deleted from both tables. Is there any setting concerning this issue.

Best Regards

Andreas

Hi,

I dare to suppose that it is related to "Labor Age" rule of Labor Rule Maintenance. At least, there is Aging phase of ODSLaborRollup script which seems to be designed for deleting old labor records.

"Time Interval for On Premises Report" rule should be used for Attendance Log aging.

SAP Note 1557028 has an example for ODSLaborRollup script.
