Normally when we create a new Outbound Delivery for Sales Order, the output will auto be created.
Now when i create an Outbound Delivery for Return Delivery, the output wasnt create automatically.
How do i set it?
Hello,
please try TCode: NACE
then go to application V2 (Delivery)
go to Your output condition
and check that is configured to your return delivery.
King regards.
Kris

Dear All,
Thank you for your valuable advises.
I've found the root cause.
At V/71, it wasnt set for the Output Procedure and Output Type. Once i've set it and transport it to QAS, it is still not working well.
Thus i checked VV22 and set the necessary data.
Now it is working... pending for user testing before i transport it to Prod
Hi Chin,
Automatic trigger of output will happen through output condition records.
Delivery related output condition records will be maintained under VV21 transaction.
You can check through VV23 transaction whether output condition record maintained or not for the return delivery type.
If not maintained the output condition record for the return delivery type then maintain the out put condition record .
Now system will trigger the output when ever you generate the return delivery.
I hope this will help you,
Regards,
Murali.
