Download to Excel

One of our users is having issues with downloading to Excel when the Show repeated text option is enabled, the repeated texts are not displayed in Exccel after download. For the same query and same naviagation state the repeated text works except for all except one user.

The user is having MS Excel 2002.

Is there any client dependencies on for the download to excel functionality. Is the EXCEL XML document require any particular browser version?

Hi Deepu,

Your problem is easy, you mean all users <b>EXCEPT</b> one does not work?

Just try to identify what is the difference in the setup of that PC from the others. Versions, installed softwares, Windows Service Packs, etc. etc. It could be a REGISTRY issue.

Just in case you ran out of options, there is a utility to MIRROR hard disk of other working workstation thus creating another copy. An example is <b>Semantic Norton Ghost</b>. For sure it will work.
