Categorising UDFs

Dear Experts,

I have an implementation where numerous UDFs are required on the marketing documents in the title section. These UDF are only required for a two windows i.e. Sales order and Invoice, however when I open the delivery I can still see them, the same is observed for all other AP and AR markting documents. My question is, is there a global way to set the UDFs to be either visible or invisible without having to go window by window and deactivating them in the Tools >> Settings functionality ?

Rgds,

Hi,

You cant change the Form/UDF settings in one time.

You must goto each module to update the UDF.

But you can define and create new group to easily load the UDF.

Thanks.

HI,

Once you have the document open, make visible all the udf's using ctrshift u and then click ctrlshiftB to open settings.

On this window, you can categorize your udf's. This is the only way to do it.

Thanks,

Joseph
