POSDM datasource for clients data

Hi all!

Could please anyone tell me, what data source is used in POSDM to load data about customers (for example client card ID)?

Thanks!

    Dear Andrey,

    Is this Point of Sales Data Management? POSDM usually can be checked within BW using TCODES /N/POSDW/MON0 extraction possible via RSA7 delta queues itself. To name a few, you can check the data sources like : (Not sure exact name; Need to search though) & get the delta values (Coz, full updates are un-supported)

    1. 0RT_PA_TRAN* ; 0RT_PA_GOODS*

    2. 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL

    3. 0RT_PA_TRAN_TOTALS

    Also, this gets data via generic extraction (or PIPEs, not very confident?). Use the FMs as below to solve the extraction problem.

    1. /POSDW/SEARCH_TLOG

    2. /POSDW/TRANSACTIONS_TO_BW

    Hope that solves your case.

    Best Regards, @{

      Hi Arun,

      thanks for your reply.

      The problem is the following:

      the data about clients (card ID) is in the IDOC, but it's lost when processed by /N/POSDW/MON0 and doesn't appear in the delta queue (RSA7 transaction).

      Best regards,

      Andrey
