2nd Level Dunning Notice is Not Generating

Hi Friends,

i have done the below process, 1st level dunning notice generated properly when i execute 2nd level it is not showing the details in Dunning List & Not generating any Printout. Its showing 0 dunning notice were read and 0 dunning notice have been printer.

First Dunning level executed with the date 22.01.2012 (21 days interval for 1st dunning level)

Its updated on Customer Master - Dunning Level -1

After executed dunning for the same customer with date 08.02.2012 (14 day interval as per configuration)

now after scheduled dunning, its not showing any Dunning list but in the log it is showing it will take dunning level -2

when execute dunning printout it is not printing and showing -0 dunning notice were read and 0 dunning notice have been printer in the log.

Please help me

Hi,

Check the Configuration what you maintained for dunning days? You have to maintain Dunning interval in days 14 as there is a differenace between 2 levels are 14 days. Check this and try.

Check the Dunning parameters once again

Dunning date 08.02.2012

Also, check if the duning interval is 21 or 14
