Restrict users from using BEx Analyzer 7.0

Hello,

We are planning to upgrade to BEx 7.0. While testing in Quality, we would like to restrict the users access to BEx Analyzer 7 in Production system, permitting them access only to the 3.5 BEx Analyzer. We have OSS note 962530 to restrict the BEx 7.0 Query Designer. Is it possible to restrict user access to BEx Analyzer 7 to prevent accidental migration of the workbooks?
