1036601 - Cannot close row in PurchaseSales order documents

Hi All,

while closing a row of SO manually, we are getting an error message , "Document rows cannot be closed concurrently with the other document modifications you have made

[Sales Order - Rows - Row status]".

I checked sap note and not sure what the solution says. The solution from sap note is mentioned below;

Solution

Workaround: Add the new row at the end of the document.

Can Any one please explain??

Hi Joseph,

The solution provided in the note is only a work around. Simply speaking, that is because there might be a bug in the application that you have to add a new row to close the document.

Hi Joseph Antony,

Check your Per Document Setting for Sales Order, have you ticked Allow Changes to Existing Orders ?
