Hi S* tables are part of SAP Logistics Information System and are not updated regularly, to reflect the data in it one has to activate it in customizing.

Please go through the SAP help [Inventory Controlling Updating|]

    • 1. Based on your SIS Update groups & Rules, a S677 will be updated with sales quantities with Version-00 and same will be used to calculate forecast.

What did you mean for sales quantities here? Do you mean that I need to create sales order for this material first and then sales quantities will be updated in S677?

      - Yes, only if you want to use past sales history as a reference to calculate the future forecast values.

      2. Using forecast model setup, a forecasting can be run in Planning Table for a particular product.

What did you mean for forecast model setup?

      - In MC94, you need to select Forecast Model to have forecast run.

      3. Forecast/planning values then will be saved in Planning Table. Once you save these values & come out of Planning Table, these values will be updated in S677 with version-A00.

      What is planning table here?

      - Tcode- MC93/94/95. Here you can run forecast to have future forecast/planning values.

      4. Then you need to transfer Forecast/Planning values to Demand Management from Planning Table.

      How to transfer?

      - Tcode- MC90

Do you mean that you transferred Forecast/planned Qty to MD63 (Demand Management) from S&OP Planning Type?

Or you just entered values directly into MD63 ?

If forecast values/qty exists in Planning Type (MC94/95) and can't see in your Custom Sales Info Structure (SIS) then check SIS Updation settings/rule in SPRO.

And if it's just values entered directly in MD63 then table-PBIM/PBHI will get updated.

    Please check & confirm back.
