InfoObjects not getting populated with data in ODS

Hello Everyone,

I enhanced a Datasource with 5 characteristics and replicated the Datasource. The fields are not hidden and they are getting populated in RSA3 (R/3). I created infoobjects in BW for the corresponding fields (Mapped them properly and activated the Transfer Structure). When i extracted the data into an ODS, only the newly created infoobjects are not getting filled with data. 3 of the 5 objects are custom infoobjects and 2 are standard. Could someone please help.
