Adding Excel 2007 format to list when exporting the report to spreadsheet

Hello,

When exporting the report to excel, from the path below -

List -> Export -> Spreadsheet ->All Available format -- there is a list of excel formats to choose from. for example, In MHTML format. In Office 2003 XML format.

How to add Office 2007 format to the dropdown list?

it says to install SAP NetWeaver 7.02

Thanks Kartik. I will check the note with Basis administrator.

One more question - when I click the 'Microsoft Excel' icon on the SAP List Viewer, it converts the data into excel. But the data format is lost and the numbers are displayed as texts. Also it creates multiple worksheets each with one column with no data.

Is there a way to remove it and change the system settings? The users want to export the reports as-is to excel with no attached formatting.
