Setting Priority List for Personnel Action Types

Does anyone know how to populate the table V_529A_B that is used to maintain the priority list for Personnel Actions?

I have activated the Additional Actions functionality, but I have not found out how to create an entry in the Priority List for Personnel Action Types table (V_529A_B). It appears that a feature or something is run to populate the table when I execute the transaction, but only one entry appears in the table. I can't find the feature and I don't know the criteria that is being used to select entries for the table.

I have several Personnel Actions without U0000 selected that have U0302 selected, but they don't appear in the list when I execute the Priority List for Personnel Action Types transaction within the "set up personnel actions" menu item of the IMG.

Any help that is provided will be greatly appreciated.

By copying a non-status changing Personnel Action (like org reassignment) in table T529A, this will create the entry in table V_529A_B that you are looking for. Hope this helps!

I tried copying an existing action and creating a new action, but what I found is that the Function character on T529A has to be set to "1" and the U0000 checkbox must be selected in order for the Personnel Action to appear in the Priority List.

Actually, the FC value does not have to be set to "1" but you are correct about making sure the U0000 is checked.

Thanks for your help SS. After your initial post I was able to make entries appear in the table. I agree that you don't necessarily need the FC to be set at "1", but you do need to check the checkboxes for "U0000" and "U0302".
