Risk Analysis issue for a multiple user request

Hello All,

We are currently on GRC 10.1 SP11. We raised a multiple user request for 3 users. The system checked the risk analysis only for the first user and since the user did not have any risks the access has been provisioned for all 3. But, the second user had risks which the system did not show. Has any one faced this issue ?
