Enhancement COPA0001 and reversal transaction FB08 or F.80

Good morning All,

We use enhancement COPA0001 (user-exit ZXKKEU11) to determine some characteristics in COPA.

When reversing an FI document - with transaction FB08 for example - I noticed that the user-exit ZXKKEU11 is not called.

Is it normal?

We need to update a specific characteristic which is not the same in the reversal document and in the original one.

Any idea to do that?

Any help will be welcome.

Best regards.

Didier GOBLET.

    Hi,

a document reversal must reverse the original document with exact the same characteristic entries thus ZXKKEU11 is not processed. This is SAP standard behaviour.

Imagine you post a document 100 USD with characteristic value "A" and reverse it (for whatever reason) with char. value "B". Char. "A" still shows 100 USD, while "B" shows -100 USD, so its not zero for every characteristic.

If the origional document is posted to CO-PA through Enhancement:COPA0001 (Include ZXKKEU11) , definately the reveral through FB08/F.80 will be posted to CO-PA.

Check in debug mode and identify the parameters that are missing in source code. Refere note: 124813 Enhancement COPA0001: Documentation.
