How can i reset a Upgrade with sapehpi-tool

I will reset my upgrade to ERP EHP5 with sapehpi.

The upgrade is currently in the Preprocessing-phase.

But when i in the gui menu bar choose EHP_Installation -> Reset Upgrade

i become following message: "Resetting the EHP-Installation is not possible".

What can i do ???

Please refer to upgrade manual::

1.

Make sure that the installation GUI displays the Back andNext buttons, which indicates that SAPehpi is not in a dialog phase. If it is in a dialog phase, the GUI displays the Repeat, Init, and Exit buttons. In this case, choose Exit before resetting the enhancement package installation.

2.

From the GUI menu bar, choose EHP InstallationReset Installation.

When you reset the installation, error messages are displayed stating that SDT requests could not be executed. You can ignore these messages.

3.

Delete the installation directory

Ensure you apply note 1518145 before reset to avoid any errors.
