DevStudio: Missing Application Development Studio plugin

When I run Developer Studio, the parts from the app dev plugin (e.g. "deploy PAR file") is missing. When I go into Window->Preferences, "SAP Enterprise Portal" is there but it has nothing under it. According to the help files, it should have "Application Development Studio" and "Unit Test Studio".

In the plugin folder (under C:\Program files\SAP\JDT\eclipse\plugins) there is a folder com.sap.ep.applicationDevelopment which seems to be the one I'm after, but it is not loaded into DevStudio.

What is wrong??
