Cannot maintain Account dimension: Excel error

Hi experts,

We are using BPC 7.5 SP08. In my account dimension, I modified a property length from 5 to 15. Then as I am trying to maintain the dimension, it is throwing the folling error:

To prevent possible loss of data, Excel cannot shift nonblank cells off of the worksheet. Select another location in which to insert new cells, or delete data from the end of your worksheet.

I have not changed formatting of any cell of the membersheet though. Refreshing the dimension was of no result. However, I tried processing the dimension from membersheet. It's saying there are some 40 members which cannot be deleted, though I have not deleted any member. However, I copied the the dimension. The copied dimension can be maintained and it contains those 40 members.

All my input schedules are built on my account dimension. So I don't want to leave it now.

Can anyone please suggest something to resolve the issue.

We solved same problem by

1) Try refreshing the dim from server first, if not resolved -

2) Deleteing the ACCOUNT*.??? (XLS,XLT,CSV,XML etc) files in the UJFS transaction /ROOT/<APPSETNAME>/adminapp directory. Re process the dim
