Goods issue from blocked stocks

Hi Gurus,

I have a scenario that if a material fails in QM they will issue the material to a subcon vendor to do the rework. The problem is the material is blocked stocks. The QM team does not want to put the material to unrestricted for the obvious reason of non compliance. Any solution on this please?

As I understand Goods issue is also possible from block stock .You just have to select stock type as Block stock during goods issue to vendor.

Hi,

Can u create a rework purchase order and issue goods from warehouse to subcontracting stock to vendor and generates a material transfer form from the quality notifications.

Hi,

Create a separate storage location where in all the rejected material can be posted into un-restricted stock only.

The control of storage location for goods movement can be controlled by authorization.
