Conversion given in material master showing wrong result in COPA report.

Conversion ratio that is present in material master is showing wrong values in COPA report. Any ideas?

Hi,

Let me try to explain system behavior with an example:

In tcode KE4M you have mapped SD qty field FKLMG (billed qty in SKU) to COPA value field ABSMG (sales quantity).

You create a billing document for 10 PC

So the billed quantity of 10 PC will be populated in ABSMG.

So far so good.

Now in tcode KE4MS you have mapped qty field VVXYZ which has UoM KG to value field ABSMG. So the system has to

convert 10 PC to KG using some conversion logic which needs to be maintained in material master. You have maintained a 1:1 relationship in Material master.

So VVXYZ = 10 kg

This is how the information should be reflected in your reports

The problem I'm facing in COPA report regarding one field (Export sales) is that the ratio maintained in MM03 (X=5678/Y=7200) is not reflecting correct value, whereas, it's showing correct in other fields. I'm unable to comprehend the flow of values from MM03 to the COPA report. If I can get to know how the values are flowing in COPA report, probably it'll answer my question.
