Infotypes not updated

Hi Experts,

We have a separation workflow that has a task to update PA infotypes (create seaparation record in IT1, delimit 7 and 8, update separation date in IT41). The problem is that when workflow runs, IT1 is getting created but the others are not being updated. Workflow log shows that the task has been successfully completed.

I tried executing the method for this task manually for a separation PCR and it updated all infotypes. I even tried making this task a dialog one, assigned the task to me, and on execution, again the infotypes are getting updated. Could this be a problem with the WF-BATCH user? Is there something else that I need to try out?
