SAP MDM GUI bombs out or Disappear when logging on

Hi

I have an issue with my SAP MDM GUI.

Everytime i try to log on to SAP MDM through GUI. it always disappear or bombs out without a warning

The scenario is that this onlky happpens woth QA Box. Dev and Prod works just fine

is there anyone who has experience the same ?
