NETCH - included/ not included

Hello Guru:

Currently, the material that had movement in stock will auto flagged NETCH.

Can we config that some movement type not effect to flagged material as NETCH.

System will flag NETCH after any change that may influence the planning situation. If the movement does not have an impact (most do), then it will not flag, for example transfer posting SL to SL in the same plant, both SLs relevant to MRP.
