table for work items

Hi

Workflow would be triggered, when quality notification is created.

1. I need to find out the corresponding notification for the work item available in the inbox.

2. Need to fetch Work flow task name, sent by person name .

Could anyone help me in fulfilling the above requirement. I wanted to know what are the tables, where this data is available or FMs if available any.
