SRM MDM Catalog -"free text" items missing under MSS Header

Dear Experts

My structure of MSS Hierarchy is as follows:

A (MSS Header)

|--B (Outline)

|--C (Outline)

|--[A] (dummy for assigning to catalog service items)

In my catalog items i have many service items (type: Free Text) which belong to the outline B and C. I also have records which belongs directly to the MSS Header (i.e when its assigned the [A] value).

The problem is that the record which directly belongs to MSS Header aren't appearing in my SRM catalog. Rest of the records which belong to the outline parent are appearing correctly.

Am i missing something? Has this worked for you?

The [] items should be on top of the children list. Once the children were sorted the service lines were displayed.
