regarding r/3 datasource activation error

Hi friends,

When iam activating SAP R/3 Datasources ( oil & gas) the system throws error

DataSource 0OI_TD_OIGSV; switch to package OI0_BWC is off

Message no. R8371

Please help me by eloborating in steps ( i was told some Tcode like SFW5 ...but when i open this code unable to

to find ways to do it.....)
