We have an SRM 5.0 ECS system on version/level SRM_SERVER 550 level 0018.
Our purchasing department is trying to set the delete status on a PO that has two items and both items have been deleted. There are no follow on documents for the PO/items.
The output was issued to the vendor but subsequently the PO was changed and items deleted.
When the PO is placed in Change mode, the Delete function is not activated.
The current code states that if the PO was issued to the vendor then the delete status can't be set.
They are telling me that this used to work before(upgrade to 18) so I was wondering if someone could confirm that SRM code is WAD or it's not working as intended?

Users weren't using the system properly. In some cases they issued the PO in others they just printed it without issuing it so they were then able to set the delete status.
