How to fetch entries in IT2002 in positive time management

Dear Experts,

Or basic implementation of Positive time mgt is complete and system is running fine and fetching time pair data from IT2011 and absence data from It2001.

But we also have some special attendances like Business trip. meeting, Training etc, whose entries will be done in IT2002 in respective subtypes. And in each of these above scenario, employee should be considered present, though there is no clock in/clock out data in IT2011.

Please suggest how to fetch those data of IT2002 in time evaluation log, do time evaluation log read IT2002 data.

Regards

Tan

In the standard schema TM00 row 000260 fetches the IT2002 through function P2002. Depending on the parameters specified for the function it will react in different ways if it finds overlapping time pairs.

If that function has been removed from your schema then that would explain why the IT2002 entries aren't being imported.

As Simon mentioned, if the employee has an IT2002 for one of those special attendances, check function P2002 in your Time Evaluation Schema.

If you maintain IT2002 system will ignore the Clock IN and Clock Out as it is a attendance type and by default this hours will be taken into Time Evaluation.
