Hi There,
Please check if there is default tablespace set in the DB you're connecting to.
Check if there are any restrictions on the DB and page file.
Try to create any table in this DB.

Hi,
My understanding is that you want to install BO XI 3.1 SP3 server components on Windows XP which is not supported.
These are the supported Windows operating systems for this BO version :
Windows Server 2003 SP2
Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2
Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 SP2
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
I hope this helps.
Rgards,
Yosra
As you said you are installing in Windows XP.. What is you xp service pack.
Windows XP SP3 Professional is the supported platform.
