How to reduce the width of a barcode?

I have created a new barcode, of type, C128, width, 7,5 CM. and used it in the script (by adding an element in character formats).

I have assigned specific device types to it and created a new paragraph format to use this barcode.

Now, i have reduced the barcode width to 5 CM. but there is no change in the width on the physical print out.

Kindly let me know if there is any alternate option to reduce its width.

After doing changes in development it has to be exported from the current system with Program "RSTXR3TR" and to be import were to be execute have you did it?

Its simple.

Go SE73 transaction in that choose System Bar codes and go to adjust your bar code sizes.

But i have made changes in se73-> system barcodes... But there is no change in the width size in the physical print out..

HI friend,

Just try using SIZE command.

Here is a sample code for it.

SIZE WIDTH '10' MM HEIGHT '10' MM.

For the text element or try to upload the bar code as an image. SO that i think you can handle the image better.

Also one important note. Sap Script can not print bar code in HP laser jet. So if you are using Laser printer just change that and check.
