App Servers does not start after the wily parameter configuration

I have installed Wily agents (8.2.3.5) to our Portal Prod system with the CI and application servers. I have configured the CI the same as the application servers but the problem is the CI does start while the application does not start at all. When I remove the connector.jar from the application servers (/usr/sap/ccms/wily/connectors) the app servers does starts. I have used the sap note 1149214 - Wily Introscope Agent with IBM Java VM 1.4.2 (SR1x) x86_64 (SAP does not start after the wily parameters) but this only works for the CI while the app servers does not come up at all. Do we need to configure the connector.jar differently from the CI?
