How to Create a Second SSL Certificate in an ABAP System?

To resolve an EIC HTTPS 'issue', I need to create a second SSL certificate on my ABAP system (e.g. for myhostname.mycompany.com, as well as the existing one nicename.mycompany.com).

However I cannot see, or find documentation; on how to create a second SSL certificate for an ABAP system.

Within STRUSTSSO2 'SSL server Standard', we have the 'Own Certificate' for 'CN=nicename.mycompany.com, OU=myCompany, O=myCompany, C=GB' and I can't see how to create a second.

I tried right-clicking on the parent folder (SSL server Standard) and selecting 'Change', but it doesn't allow me to add a new line to the table.

Please can you advise?
