Bols are created but not being saved

Hello experts,

I'm trying to create bol relations of cmgcase: cmgrecordrel and cmghierarchy

The proccess is simple: I create a new cmgcase from the UI and press the save button,

The bols is saved with all it's data on it and then I activate a function that does the follow:

1) create another cmgcase and save it (works and saved we can later search for it and find it in the system)

2) create for bol B (function created) a cmgrecordrel with some data on it (field 1 is the ext_key of bol A) and save it. (does not work bol is seems not to be save altough the commit said it saved successfuly)

3) create for bol A (UI bol) a cmghierarchyrel with data on it (one of the fields is with the ext_key of bol B) and save it. (does not work bol is seems not to be save altough the commit said it saved successfuly)

How can I make step 2 and 3 save work? the bols created seem to be deleted upon saved instead of being created in the system.
