Material Price Valuation.

Dear Gurus,

For a material "90526231-526" we want it should consider the moving average price based on valuation variant. Though it considers the moving average price for the above materiel but it considers the two months before moving average price.

can anybody suggest what is the reason behind it?

Hi,

Moving average price always consider perpetual moving average price. Please do FIFO valuation every month for overcoming this situation.

for your information,

I have moving average price in 7th period is Rs 56.00. where as it is rs 101.50 is in 8th period. I have the moving average price is rs 131.22 for 9th Period. but when i run sales order cost estimate i find the value picks from 7th period instead of 9th period.
