Billing Block not getting removed from Milestone based Billing Plan in VA02

Hi Experts,

When i am removing Billing block from Milestone based Sales order, It is not removing.

We are searching for the custom code (User Exit/Enhancement) behind this behavior.

Any suggestion where to check for this ?

Found SAP Note 2092242 which says it is a standard behavior of SAP.
