Insert value in Manual Header condition

Hi

I would like insert value for a Manual Header condition from Z field.

Is there any way that i can insert, I tried other option but as this is a manual field i am not able to add

I hope you are trying to enter condition value at Header Level condition tab for the desired header condition type.

If you are not able to see the condition type, then Press F4 from keyboard to see the list of condition type,

There you can choose you desired condition type, provide the value & press enter from keyboard.

If the problem persist the check.

1. Pricing procedure used whether the Z header condition type is there or not.

2. If its there, then you use tcode SU24 in Sales Order - Header data - Condition tab screen. you will be able to know, whether you have authorisation issue.

hi,

are you trying to say that you have a z-field in sales document...maybe a numeric field. based on that you want the condition to be determined at header level??

Is it possible to create the condition at item level, have a condition table with this Z field and then determine based on condition record?

please give more details as this can be interesting.

yes, the Z field is copied from an external source.

Although i can make this field in the condition table, this does not serve the purpose as i do not want this as an access for a value but a value in itself in the condition value.

I can do this by routine, but as there is no value existing I am not able to manipulate due to a Manual condition.

I can maintain a condition record but there is another condition with exclusion with other condition type, so i want this to be triggered dynamically only when the Z field is filled

why are you proposing to use a Z field to enter value? you should use the conditions which SAP has provided instead for calculations. If authorization is your concern, there is a way to limit the condition to be seen and entered by the user.
