Dear All,

If we delete the control record (this control record was processed 5times for payroll) by mistaken, and if we create again a new control record, is it possible to retrieve the old data of the deleted control record into the current created control record??

Can you plz explain you requirement with some more information....

If you have processed Payroll 5 times for the same period and if you have not Exit the Control Record for that period ...no need to delete control record right...You can the changes and Process payroll for the same period without deleting control record..

we deleted a payroll record that we used earlier to process payroll for various months. it happend by mistaken, now we want to know how we can retrieve this payroll record data and maintain same payroll record with the old data.

for example,

we used payroll area X0 to process payroll from July-2010 to Dec-2010. this payroll area X0 information is stored in respective Control record.

recently by mistaken, we deleted X0 control record and the entire information of this control record has gone. our management wants this control record to be maintained with the old data (payorll information from July 2010 to Dec 2010) without any changes to the master record or rather i say without processing the payroll again.

Is there any possibility of it?? If there is any possibility can you pls tell me how we can do it.

So payroll results exists in the cluster upto Dec 2010..right ....

Check the table V_T569V is there any records exists for the X0 control record...

Create the Control record with proper dates like if you have run the payroll and posted upto Dec 2010 then create control record from Jan2011 onwards.....and maintain Earliest Retro active acct date...and process the payroll .

After Creating the Control Record try processing payroll for one employee in simulation and check the results and retro data.
