Hi,
im looking for possibilities to access hr data and user store to create a way to synchronize these both components. If a users data, saved in the HR employee data, will be changed it should be possible to realise an automated synchronisation with the associated user in the user store.
Have somebody an idea how to start or where i can find an tutorial or some materials to realize that?
I'm very confused.
Hello Christoph,
the toppic is called Central User Administration (CUA). You can find more information about this toppic at:

Dear Gregor,
thanks for your reply, but acutally i found this link and the doucments behind this link. Unfortunately i found nothing to realize a synchonization beetween HR employee data and user store.
I have realized an synchronization between Active Directory and the SAP user store and also a central user administration. But only between ADS and SAP user store.
Now im looking for possibilities to synchronize special data between HR employee data and user store, to guarantee uniformity between these datas.
Hello Christoph,
I've found this documents via SDN Search with the Keywords "LDAP HR":
<a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/95/49cb3a663bfc70e10000000a114084/frameset.htm">Synchronization of SAP User Administration with an LDAP-Compatible Directory Service</a>
<a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/unkown/creating%20users%20in%20active%20directory%20from%20employee%20data%20stored%20in%20sap%20hr.pdf">Creating Users in Active Directory from Employee Data Stored in SAP HR</a>
Hope this helps you. But I think the CUA can only be sucessfully configured with a experienced consultant.

Gregor
Hi guys what exactly are you wanting to sync? SAP has made it extremely easy to sync any user data you want with your LDAP server via the LDAPMAP transaction.
