parameters in crystal report and prompts in sap business one

hi,

I have a report in which I am trying to give someone more than 5 boxes to enter 5 different business partners information so report will pull info on them altogether. Now the problem is when I run the report through in SAP it forces me to pick a business partner in all of the boxes where as I don't want it to force me. for instance it will make me pick a business partner for each box when its run in SAP wheather I only want to pick 3. In crystal I am using "or " in forumula and it doesn't force me to enter or pick a name for all text boxes. So is there a way that SAP Would not force me to pick all five?

I hope I made myself clear, I am new to SAP and crystal and would really appreciate your help.

CR 2008 for Business 1 is an OEM version so it may have limitations. Please post your report design questions to the B1 forum.

have u defined 5 parameters?

and also check you not made all of them to be compulsory in crystal report design.

are you connecting sap through a function?
