TP error during SP stack import

Hello all,

I am encountering an issue while applying SP 21 to our Solution Manager 7.0 system.

Stack is calculated properly, but during phase: IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST I get an error 12. ALOG shows the error 'error during executing the tp command TP CMD ALL <SID>'

Does anyone know how this can be resolved? I have not yet performed the latest kernel upgrade. I was doing the ABAP stack first, then kernel, then JAVA.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ben,

I suggest you to upgrade the kernel and try again. In general Kernel should be upgraded prior SP update. Please paste detailed error log if you still face issue.

Hello,

As purna said, before installing ABAP SPs, you have to update the kernel and SPAM first to avoid problems. You should also check here before start the update

Thanks all. I followed the note and checked SM21 and the ALOGS. Turns out it was a full file system.
