Highlighting a selected row in tableview

Hi :

I am rather new to BSP's . I have a tableview displayed in a left frame, and when the user clicks on a row I would like to highlight the row he clicked on and leave it displayed as highlighted, as well as in the right frame display the information process from the on click event of the left frame. I can process the event and display the proper information in the right frame, but I cannot get the row the user selected in the left frame to highlight.

the purpose is so the user can see which row of information they called.

Can anyone help?
