Encoding

Hi,

I'm facing a strange beahviour. After restarting Portal services, and logging in the portal, everything is working fine, but after a while, when navigating through the portal (KM iViews mainly), strange characters appears on place of "çãáóé" characters, with bigger incidence on XML Form, where the HTML editor stay so small, that i can even write or save the item, and all the spaces are replace by ? character.

The compression for all files are disabled and have included this lines on SAPJ2EE:

-Dhtmlb.useUTF8=X

-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1

Any hint will be apreciated.
