You do not have the proper rights to change the local folder

Dear all,

We are upgrading our BPC system from NW 7.5 SP4 to SP10 and experience an issue.

In SP4 users were able to change their local folder (eTools > Client Options... > Change local > Set local folder for Planning and Consolidation).

Now in SP10 they get the following error: "You do not have the proper rights to change the local folder". We have tested this on a Windows XP installation aswell as an Windows 7 installation. Even logging in as administrator does not work.

Anyone with the same issue?
