How to remove stocks in transit

Hello.

I have some proplems about stock in transit.

The Situation is like below.

One sales department made an order (4 boxes) and D/N was 37ea.

However, there was a problem about proglam logic of calculating between sales unit and base unit (1 Box - 10EA). So, the other plant sent 9.25 boxes (GI) and the billing was 2.31 boxes.

I fixed the RFC, found the differences 0.002, and stuffed it as using mb1c - movement type 913.

Actually, that 0.002 has been left as stocks in transit for months. But there is no diffrence of present stocks, so no problem in mmbe and mb5t. However the table MSEG shows the diffrences 0.002.

I'd like to ask if there is no problem to modify the MSEG and, if not, there are other ways to solve this situation.
