Dynamic Actions

Hi,

I need to creta dynamic actions so that during hiring process, after IT 0016, the user should be able to see monitoring of tasks sybtype 1, & 2

Also, Dynamic action should be set as soon as the IT0001 is saved it should assign Original Hire Date, To Be Conformed remaining one to IT0041 and the user should be able to see it during the process
